The AI reads your existing copy and matches your voice — no em dashes, no generic filler phrases, no amenities you do not have.

The revenue optimization page now shows upcoming events near your listing for the next 120 days — festivals, concerts, sports tournaments, and conventions — with dates and duration. Plan pricing adjustments 2–4 weeks in advance instead of reacting after the fact.

The amenities page surfaces more add-this opportunities: forgotten items basket, kitchen staples kit, board games and cards, extra pillows, and a bedside power strip. The coffee maker entry now includes a detailed note on how to make it stand out — to-go cups, creamer, sugar packets, a selection of roasts — since guests who find a thoughtful coffee setup call it out by name in their reviews.

Minimum font size raised to 10px across the report for better mobile readability. The seasonal pricing table now shows a Target column (the comp market median) so the recommended rate is explicit rather than implied. Category subcategory ratings on the executive summary are now labeled clearly as separate from the overall star rating to avoid confusion.
